Here is where my weekly craft beer reviews and thoughts will be conducted. Every week there will be a new craft beer review, which will consist of a brief summary of the brewery to provide context and background info. It will be followed by my thoughts on the beer’s nose (smell), palate (taste), and it will be wrapped up in a short paragraph with my overall thoughts on the week’s beer. Occasionally, if an idea or opinion comes to mind, I will write my thoughts on something within the craft beer world!
